It has been developed as the new entry -level multi-slice CT system for customers who need to perform a wide variety of routine clinical examinations. It includes advanced AIDR dose reduction, real-time Scan Navigation, 3D reconstruction, multi-planar reformats, a compact footprint, high heat storage tube, quick installation, and user-friendly software for smooth, reliable scanning and diagnosis.
It uses a “Scan Navigation” mode, featuring intuitive graphical guidance and automated layout selection for images—perfect for both novice and part-time operators .
With 16 detector rows, it achieves high-resolution 3D/MPR imaging, boasts a minimum scan time of 0.5 s, and can reconstruct up to 15 images per second .
Equipped with Toshiba’s Adaptive Iterative Dose Reduction (AIDR / AIDR 3D), this can reduce radiation exposure by up to ~75% while preserving image quality .
It offers post-processing tools like automated bone removal, live real‑time imaging, quantum denoising software (QDS), and automated multi-planar reconstructions .
